The AiP393/AiP339 are high-speed, high-precision comparator circuits.
The AiP393 consists of two independent comparators, while the AiP339 consists of four independent comparators. They can operate from either a single supply or dual supplies, as long as the voltage difference between the two supplies is between 2 V and 36 V, and Vcc is at least 1.5 V higher than the input common-mode voltage. Current consumption is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs are open-collector and can be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement a wired-AND relationship.
Applications: Industrial, automotive, power management, oscillators, peak detection, logic-level translation, and other systems.
Key Features:
Operating voltage range:
Single power supply:2V~36V
Dual power supply:±1V~±18V
Low supply current is independent of supply voltage: 0.8mA (typical)
Low input bias current: 25nA (typical)
Low input offset voltage: 2mV (typical)
The common-mode input voltage range includes ground.
Differential input voltage range is equal to the maximum rated power supply voltage: ±36V.
Low output saturation voltage
The output is compatible with TTL, MOS and CMOS.
