Introduction】
I-CORE CD40XX series–classic CMOS bidirectional analog switches, covering single/dual/differential/mux/independent types. A core generalpurpose solution for signal switching, multiplexed acquisition, and analog gating in industrial, instrumentation, and consumer electronics.

 

Product Advantages】

l Wide voltage Standard 3–9 V, high-voltage up to 20 V; compatible with mainstream power systems, suits most analog applications.

l Ultra-low power & high-Z CMOS process: extremely low Iq, very high input impedance; no loading on front-end opamps/sensors/references; ideal for precision acquisition.

l Bidirectional Analog/audio/voltage signals pass both ways without loss; no need to distinguish input/output – design more flexible.

l Low Ron, low crosstalk Excellent matching, high off-isolation, low temp drift; prevents crosstalk and sampling distortion.

l Full coverage From single SPST to differential mux, from single-ended/differential to 2:1 up to N:1; one series covers all analog switching needs.

 

 

Key Features

 

  • CD4051 / H / HS – Single 8-to-1 mux, for multi‑channel single‑ended acquisition. Fully static, symmetric outputs. Iq < 0.1 µA; Ron typ: 80 Ω / 36 Ω / 123 Ω; tpd < 10 ns; –40 to +125 °C.
  • CD4052 / H / HS – Dual 8-to‑1 synchronous switching, for differential signals, balanced audio, differential ADCs (high immunity). Same as CD4051 (Ron: 80 Ω / 36 Ω; HS value not listed).
  • CD4053 / H / HS – Three independent 2‑to‑1 channels, for range/gain/path switching, high utilisation. Same as CD4051 (HS Ron not listed).
  • CD4066 / H / HS – Four independent switches, no common terminal, arbitrary on/off – for signal gating, node switching, logic control. ESD protection; Iq < 1 µA; Ron: 80 Ω / 36 Ω; otherwise same as CD4051.
  • CD4067 – 16‑to‑1 high‑density mux, no cascading needed. Iq < 0.1 µA; Ron typ: 180 Ω; tpd < 15 ns; same temp range.
  • CD4097 – Dual 8‑to‑1 synchronous differential switching, excellent channel matching, for high‑precision industrial sampling. Iq < 0.1 µA; Ron typ: 180 Ω; tpd < 15 ns; same temp range.

Common – All fully static, symmetric outputs, minimal external circuitry (no matching resistors, no complex drive – only address logic). Short development cycle, high production stability, extremely low failure rate.
