Introduction】
I-CORE has launched the AiPGTL series of high-speed bidirectional level-shifting chips, with a product line covering 2-channel and 4-channel GTL-to-LVTTL bidirectional transceivers as well as 2-channel, 8-channel, and 10-channel bidirectional low-voltage translators. Leveraging four core advantages – high speed, low power consumption, strong anti-interference, and high reliability – this series is well-suited for high-speed signal interconnection in advanced digital systems. It precisely fills the gap in domestic GTL level-shifting chips, providing a stable and reliable localized solution for various high-speed signal transmission applications.

l High Compatibility and Adaptability – Fully compatible with mainstream level standards including GTL, GTL+, LVTTL, TTL, and CMOS, enabling seamless interfacing with CPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, and various industrial control chips, and fitting into the vast majority of digital circuit designs.

l High Speed and Low Latency – Supports transmission rates up to hundreds of Mbps, fully meeting the high-speed communication demands of high-frequency data buses.

l Industrial-Grade High Reliability – The entire series operates stably across a wide temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C, with high-level ESD protection and latch-up immunity, capable of reliably handling various harsh industrial environments and ensuring long-term stable equipment operation.

1. LVTTL-to-GTL Level Transceivers (Ideal for High-Speed Bus Designs)

Core Features:

l Accepts 5 V TTL inputs at a supply voltage of 3 V to 3.6 V

l GTL side supports 3.6 V input/output

l Compatible with GTL-/GTL/GTL+

l GTL reference voltage can be set to any value from 0.5 V to VCC/2

l I/O pin protection: ±8000 V HBM protection

2. Bidirectional Low-Voltage Translators (Ideal for Universal Voltage Interconnection in All Scenarios)

l Supports signals from 0.8 V to 5 V, directly usable with GTL, GTL+, LVTTL, TTL, or 5 V CMOS level signals

l Automatic direction sensing – no direction control required

l Low on-resistance

l Low power consumption

l No latch-up risk
